To small for me

"I love the color and the style and was so excited to get them, but but the larger insoles which by the way, I totally love because my feet get so sore with the flat insoles, but these make the shoe tighter that is comfortable for me. But I worn them a couple of times so I think I have to keep them. I just wish I would’ve ordered a half a size large."

Cute, but. ,.

"Shoes are cute, but they’re a little small for a 7 (narrow at the toes and a little short). My usual size is 7 and sometimes a 6 1/2. I got blisters on 2 toes - same toe on each foot - the first time wearing them. I bought the for a trip to Europe but don’t think I’ll bring them!"

"Hello, I never received my Rothy’s. I reached out via a chat. I was told they would be reordered and that I would receive a return label. I was told to disregard the return label email since I never received them. I was also told I’d receive an email with the new order and I never did. I’d like a refund or a pair of shoes."

"So comfortable and smart. No need to swap shoes post commute. All three pairs of shoes are just a little wide so I have to put an insole in. But they are still very comfortable and several friends and colleagues have asked me for the link."

My First Rothy's Flat

"I really, really want to like these shoes. They look really nice, and I like that they are washable. I ordered a half size up from my normal size based on reviews I saw, but they were so painful to wear, even with no-show socks. During the first wear, the back of my heels were bleeding and blistered. I haven't worn then again."

"I bought my first pair at a trunk show on Nantucket. Not sure how many years ago. I have lost count on how many pairs in multiple styles, maybe a dozen. I am 80 years old, my favorites are loafers, ballet flat the point etc. Instant comfort, no breaking in!"

Had no intention of buying shoes - then I tried them on. . .

"I was out shopping with a friend who was purchasing Rothy's for her mom and I was adamant NOT to spend any money. Then, I heard the story of how the shoes are recycled material. Like 100%. And machine washable - wait, seriously? Then I tried them on and it was over in a heartbeat."

"These did give me blisters when I first wore them. I added stick on backers to prevent them from rubbing and now they are very comfortable. Seems to support my arch compared to other flats. You need those backers but otherwise I would buy again."

Surprised

"I love this color and was so looking forward to getting them. This is my 7th pair of Rothy’s . I tried this style on in the store and my size 9 was perfect. However, when these arrived they were tight… they did loosen up when I walked in them. Not sure what to do. . if I go up a half size will they stretch out and be too big. Very surprised that the sizing from store to out of the box was so different. That’s why I went to the store for sizing."
