Covid-19 pandemic

Due to the current pandemic, we are experiencing delays with our fulfillment center and shipping carriers. We are working to take the necessary precautionary measures to protect everyone that works for and with us while complying with social distancing best practices. 

Shipping on orders may be delayed, but we are doing our best to get them to you as quickly as possible. We really appreciate your patience and flexibility during these trying times, and thank you for being a part of the Rothy’s community. The email you received with tracking information is the best source for updates and the timing of your order. Your order may see various stops along the way—rest assured that your package is making its way to you. We promise it'll be worth the wait.

We want to assure you that any shipping delays will not impact your return or exchange time frame. All returns and exchanges are based on the date your order was delivered. If you have additional constraints impacting your ability to return or exchange your order due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please let us know and we will work with you. US Shipping

Please note that the shipping times listed below are only estimates, and are subject to change.

 Our standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days and is always free for all orders. We know sizing can be tough, so we always offer free shipping and free returns to make the process seamless. You can track your order on your account page or with the Order Status Finder.

USPS Free Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days once processed (orders placed by 9am PST endeavor to ship the same day). 

UPS Expedited Shipping ($25): 2-3 business days once processed (orders placed by 9am PST endeavor to ship the same day).  

UPS Rush Shipping ($35): 1-2 business days once processed (orders placed by 9am PST endeavor to ship the same day). 

 *Any orders placed after 9am PST on Friday will endeavor to ship out on Monday, barring any national holidays.

International Shipping

 From January 6, 2021, we will be doing some work on our site which requires us to pause all international shipping with the exception of Canada. Orders that are shipping internationally can be placed through January 5. We apologize for the inconvenience caused while our site is under construction.


International shipping (with the exception of Canada) will be paused starting January 6, 2021. Orders to Canada will continue to ship as usual. 

Orders shipping internationally can take between 5 to 10 business days to arrive. Exact shipping windows will be displayed at checkout. For a limited time, we are offering free shipping and free return shipping on international orders. We currently do not offer expedited shipping internationally.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges can be processed on our site through February 4, 2021. After that date, please reach out to our team at  for help with processing your returns.
