Return Policy

We pride ourselves on fit, and we want you to love your shoes.  If you are dissatisfied for any reason please contact us at help@rothys.com so we can make it right.  


All shipments include a pre-paid label, for your convenience. Should you lose this label, please email us at help@rothys.com.  We will send you a new one, with everything you need for a seamless return.


Shoes should be tried on, preferably on carpeted surfaces, and returned with all packing materials in their original condition for all returns.  Rothy’s offers returns on unworn shoes within 15 days of purchase.  Your refund will reflect the deduction of a $5.95 return fee.


We guarantee our shoes to be free of defects.  Should you receive a defective pair, please contact us at help@rothys.com.  We do not accept exchanges.  Instead, please re-order and return within the terms of our Return Policy.
