"Hello, I never received my Rothy’s. I reached out via a chat. I was told they would be reordered and that I would receive a return label. I was told to disregard the return label email since I never received them. I was also told I’d receive an email with the new order and I never did. I’d like a refund or a pair of shoes."

Had no intention of buying shoes - then I tried them on. . .

"I was out shopping with a friend who was purchasing Rothy's for her mom and I was adamant NOT to spend any money. Then, I heard the story of how the shoes are recycled material. Like 100%. And machine washable - wait, seriously? Then I tried them on and it was over in a heartbeat."

Surprised

"I love this color and was so looking forward to getting them. This is my 7th pair of Rothy’s . I tried this style on in the store and my size 9 was perfect. However, when these arrived they were tight… they did loosen up when I walked in them. Not sure what to do. . if I go up a half size will they stretch out and be too big. Very surprised that the sizing from store to out of the box was so different. That’s why I went to the store for sizing."

Don’t like changes in deep vee-cut

"I’ve purchased around 40 to 45 pair of Rothy’s over the past five years. I can’t imagine why you changed a perfect shoe in two different ways. I don’t like the deep cut over the toe. It’s old lady. Also I don’t like the squishy new insole. I’m an old lady and I don’t want to wear old lady shoes."

Daily Flat

"I love the new supportive insole and treads on the bottom! I bought my usual size in store with the help of an associate. We determined it was a good fit. There was some rubbing at the back that caused a blister when I first wore them. That has never happened with the older flats, so I’m hoping o just need to wear them in a bit. Also, I wish we could buy additional insoles. Please bring that option back!"

I haven't bought a new

"I haven't bought a new pair of Rothy's Daily Flats for a few years (they last forever!) so this is my first time experiencing the newer design. The insoles are so much more comfortable & I appreciate the better grip on the bottoms of the show to help prevent slipping. These are super comfy & versatile shoes -- I love them!"

Best shoes ever

"Since I first find the Rothy's brand it has become the only show that I wear. I'm pretty sure that I currently own every color that Rothy's have in the Daily Flat as well as the maybe the Ballerina. They are so incredibly comfortable to wear and can be worn for long hours on your feet as well. They are simply the best shoe ever."

I love both my pairs

"I love both my pairs of Rothy's shoes. My only problem was I tried to use a coupon (came in the form of a postcard) that came in the mail to me and it wasn't accepted. I looked at both sides of the card and didn't see an expiration date on it, but perhaps I missed it. At any rate, I llove my newest pair in navy blue."
