Each bag is knit with 100% recycled materials. We knit the bags with a proprietary blend of ocean-bound marine plastic and Rothy’s signature thread made from repurposed plastic bottles. We use other recycled materials as well: The bag feet are made from recycled synthetic polymer, and the lining and zipper tape are crafted from our signature thread.

The hardware on our bags is made of non-toxic virgin metal, and is nickel and lead free.
