At the simplest level, Rothy’s goal is to close its loop—to create products from recycled materials and eventually recycle those products into something new. Our goal is that by 2023 we will establish at least a partial recycling option for every product that we make, and all products will use a majority recycled, twice recycled, and/or bio-based materials. And while Rothy’s model is uniquely suited to reach circular production by 2023, no model yet exists in the world. This is uncharted territory. So Rothy’s has set ambitious milestones to get there.
