Boots about town.

As the days get cooler, keeping your toes warm and cozy is more important than ever. And with the launch of our latest collection, there’s a new cold-weather pick to love: The Merino Ankle Boot. This polished style joins our growing boot crew alongside The Chelsea. Let’s compare these two to see how they walk it out.

While the two styles are both boots, they’re incredibly different. Compared to our sneaker-like Chelsea, our The Merino Ankle Boot has a square toe and a stacked heel for a luxe, polished finish.

Color

The Merino Ankle Boot comes in two rich colors. These deep tones make this boot an elevated pick that can level up any look on crisp fall days and all through the chilly winter months. Meanwhile, The Chelsea is just right for casual days and comes in bold hues and wild patterns.

Materials

The Merino Ankle Boot is carefully crafted with premium sustainable materials. The upper is knit with a blend of humanely harvested merino wool and our signature thread made from repurposed plastic water bottles. The upper of The Chelsea is knit entirely with our signature thread—in fact, we’ve repurposed over 65 million bottles and counting!

The outsoles of these boots differ in look but have the same sustainable roots. The Chelsea features outsoles made from a recycled TPU which is a rubber-like material. And The Merino Ankle Boot is completed with outsoles crafted from eco-friendly rubber and finished to look like leather. These cold-weather cuties are durable, sustainable and fully machine washable.

Comfort

All of our shoes feature out-of-the-box comfort and no break-in period—and these boots are no exception. With a midsole for added support on The Chelsea and a lightly padded insole for added comfort on The Merino Ankle Boot, these shoes will have you walking in style for miles. Need help finding the perfect fit?
