"This was my first pair of Rothy's. The recommedation was to size down. I did and was pleasantly surprised that the length was great. After a full day of wearing, I felt that the toe box was a little tight. I will continue to wear them. If they become more comfortable, I will probably order another pair, different style and in my normal size. I love everything else about them!"

Great shoe

"The shoe is great, but only when the slingback stays on. I can’t figure out how to walk more than minimal distances without it slipping off. The shoe size is accurate, but apparently the back of my heal takes a smaller size. Or my walk isn’t sling back friendly since this is my second pair of sling backs and they both do the same."

Great vacation shoes

"Walked in these all through northwestern France and Paris, they were brand new. No blisters, feet were comfortable other than being tired at the end of long days. Just wish I had ordered a smaller size, wasn’t sure what to order as I wear larger running shoes than everyday shoes. Ended up just sewing the strap a little to make the fit better. They seem very durable so far!"

Disappointed

"I own several pairs of Rothy’s and these are, by far, my least favorite. I bought a half size smaller because of the heel strap. They still came off my feet frequently. They are also not comfortable. The style of the shoe does not allow for any cushioning or support. I bought them to wear for a special occasion and I will probably not wear them again."

Terribly uncomfortable

"These shoes have no support and no cushion. I have nearly flat feet and these are too flat even for me. They are lightweight but the soles are so thin that you feel everything. When wearing the shoes, the bottoms of your toes rub in an uncomfortable way that eventually starts to burn. Also, I’m a true 39 and though I purchased the US equivalent of that - an 8. 5, they almost feel a touch too small. However, the next size up was entirely too large and flopped off my feet."

"I thought they would look similar to my other Almond shaped shoes. I have a wide foot and all the other shoes make my foot look pretty normal. These make my feet look very wide, the cut it too. A bit disappointing because I love the color!"
