"I tried the size 5 wide in store and it fits nicely. It needed to me ordered and shipped home as store did not have another new pair. The size 5 wide I received as quite snugged and the back rubbed again my skin. It was quite uncomfortable compared to the original pair I tried in store."

Heel killer

"I own two other pairs of Rothy’s and have never had this issue, so I was surprised by how aggressively this pair rubbed my heels. After a relatively short walk between my hotel and office in downtown Chicago (less than a 1/2 mile), I had painful sores/blisters almost immediately. Something about the heel construction or fit on this pair feels noticeably different from my previous Rothy’s purchases."

New Black Shoes | Uncomfortable

"Attached is a photo showing my new black point shoes compared to my first pair of black point shoes. Apparently the design has changed and the heel on the new pair is more pronounced and you can feel it when you walk. I will be returning these shoes. They are very uncomfortable to wear. It feels like I have a rock or a stick in my shoe. I replaced my original black point shoes because they separated at the seam connecting the upper covering to the sole. I love Rothy's but I'm afraid to purchase other styles and encounter the same issue with the heel design change."

Not comfortable for long term use

"I bought these because they were supposed to be comfortable, but there is no arch support. Flats are my summer go to shoes. I wear them every day and I walk a lot. I spent the money because I thought these were supposed to be good shoes. But now my back hurts :( I am disappointed."

First time trying Rothy’s

"Although the fit of my Rothy’s is great, the comfort of them for the cost wasn’t as worth it for me. The material used makes my feet get sweaty easily which is never been a problem in any other shoe for me. I was able to luckily walk for hours without being too uncomfortable so still worth it for me, but not enough to try another pair. I was luckily able to walk out from the store and not have to deal with a break-in period."

Wide Fit is Great!

"I finally broke down and got the Wide Fit after my previous Rothy's have repeated pinched and ruined by toes. The wide fit is great and I wish they would make more colors. I normally wear an 8. 5 and I bought the 9 Wide. They fit very well; a smidge on the looser side but an 8. 5 would have been too small."

Not my favorite

"I really wanted to love these. When I first took them out of the box, they fit & are super cute. However, after wearing for the first time, after only an hour they started feeling WAY too small on my toes, and rubbing my heels like crazy. I had to put huge band-aids on my heels to stop from bleeding the rest of the day, and the pinching in my toes was so bad that I won't be able to wear them again. Beware of sizing and how narrow the point is."

Blisters

"It won’t let me leave a low star review but whoever changed the points at Rothy’s really needs to evaluate why they would change a classic! These are terrible and nothing like my first two pairs. I threw them away as I bought them for travel and the lack of appropriate fit with the new heel just completely hurt and left me with excruciating blisters. I’ll wear out my old ones but won’t be buying more new ones. Sad, as these were my favorite shoe."

"I love Rothy's. I have many colors for many years now. I don't know if you've changed the way you make the shoe but after putting the shoes on for one day, my heels were cut up with blisters. I am very disappointed because I love these shoes and wear them daily, but I cannot wear these new ones."
