1) May I combine my current referrals?

You must have a Rothy’s account to redeem your credit and you only you can use your referral credit. If you earn rewards without an account, your rewards will be waiting for you once your account is created. Codes received before February 17th, 2018 cannot be stacked. However all rewards made through our new program will be stackable up to $200 via our Referral Dashboard. For example, if you receive eleven referral rewards your referral balance would be $220, you can enter any amount up to $200, say $125 for that new pair of Sneakers and generate a code in your dashboard, you will also receive an email copy. In fact, we recommend you check the total in your cart before selecting your referral credit amount to be as exact as possible to make the most of your hard earned referral rewards! Change your mind about a code you have generated for yourself? No problem you can put the credit back by cancelling it in your Referral Reward Balance on your Referral Dashboard. 2) How do I know if someone used my referral code?

You will receive an email notifying you after your friend makes a purchase using your code. Once the order is verified, you will receive your $20 in rewards to your rewards balance on your Referral Dashboard  in 24 hours.

3) Can I use my referral code in store?

Yes, any discount code you have, that is still active, can be used in store! However, all codes must be present at the time of purchase. Our store staff does not have the ability to look up codes in our system.

4) Can I still use codes from the old referral program?

We changed our referral program in February 2018, and all reward codes from the old program are now expired. However, referral rewards from the new program do not expire.

5) I found a referral code on a coupon site. Is it valid?

All codes posted or found on our Rothy's pages (or coupon sites) are immediately disabled and not valid because it is against our terms and conditions.

Do feel free to share with your personal networks on social media! Your own facebook page, a private facebook group, etc.

6) How do I share my referral link with my friends?

You can find your link to share with friends here your friends can enter your referral code at checkout to receive $20 off their first order only. You will receive an email notifying you after your friend makes a purchase using your code. Once the order is verified, you will receive your $20 in rewards to your rewards balance on your Referral Dashboard in 24 hours.

7) Do my referral codes and rewards have an expiration date?

No! All codes, both referral and reward, do not expire. However, if you are sent a link from a friend to get $20 off your first purchase, you must click on the link within 30 days of receipt.

8) Referral Pro? What is the fine print?

Referral codes do not expire. But we do have rules around maximum earnings ($2,000 applicable in increments of $200) and link expirations. Our earning window for rewards is a “rolling” 30-day window. It does not reset every month. So, let’s say you earned your maximum rewards in 20 days, you will not be able to begin earning any more rewards until after day 30, and you will only be able to earn up to the deficit of the rewards you have used.

You may not earn more than fifteen (15) Reward Codes in thirty (30) days or more than one hundred (100) Reward Codes in total. You may earn only one (1) Reward Code per Referred Customer, regardless of the number of purchases that your Referred Customer makes. -- Rothy's Terms and Conditions

If you earned $20/a day for the first 15 days of July, leaving you with the maximum amount to earn in a 30 day period (15 rewards). As your 30 day earning period shifts, you will be able to earn additional rewards depending on how many you had previously earned.

That said 15 referrals do not automatically reset each month.

Let’s take a look at a scenario case, where I begin referring people in January:

January 1st – 2 referrals made

January 3rd – 1 referral made

January 5th – 3 referrals made

January 10th – 1 referral made

January 12th – 4 referrals made

January 16th – 2 referrals made

January 20th – 1 referral made

January 25th – 1 referral made

I would then be eligible for two referral rewards on February 1st and one more on February 3rd and another three on February 5th, and so on.
