ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees (and their immediate families (spouse, and parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Rothy’s, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

TO ENTER: Visit one of the following Rothy’s store locations (each, a “Location”) on the corresponding date indicated (“Entry Date”) during regular business hours to enter:

•  Roseville: July 18, 2025 
•  Garden State Plaza: July 18, 2025
•  5th Avenue NYC: August 1, 2025 
•  King of Prussia: August 1, 2025
•  Broadway Plaza: August 22, 2025
•  North Park: October 10, 2025 
•  UTC San Diego: October 10, 2025 

The address and operating hours for the Locations can be found at: https://rothys.com/pages/stores. Each Location will conduct its own sweepstakes with its own entry and prize pool.

Once at a Location on the Entry Date, you can either scan the QR code to access the online entry form or enter via a paper entry form (while supplies last). Once the entry form is completed in its entirety, submit same by clicking the “submit” button or depositing the paper entry form in the entry box by no later than close of business on the Entry Date to be eligible. If entering via the online entry form, you will be required to select the Location at which you are entering. Message & Data rates may apply. Check your carrier’s plan for details. Limit one (1) entry per person per Location. Multiple entries from any person for any Location will be void. Mechanical reproductions of entry forms will not be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. 

DRAWING: Potential winners for each Location will be selected in a random drawing held on or about five (5) days following the applicable Entry Date from all eligible entries received for that Location. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected. Only three (3) alternate winners may be selected for any prize, after which, such prize may remain unawarded.

PRIZE (3 PER LOCATION): Discount code for a free pair of Rothy’s shoes up to $250 (terms and conditions apply to use). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $250 each. Total ARV of all prizes per Location: $750. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person.

PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in any manner, in all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation or notification to, or permission from, winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) lost, late, delayed, misdirected, garbled, illegible, inaccurate, stolen, or postage-due entries, emails or other communications of any kind; or for lost or stolen entry boxes; (b) electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries; (c) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; late, lost, inaccurate, delayed, stolen, garbled, misdirected or incomplete entries, emails or other communications of any kind or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any sweepstakes-related materials; or (d) any condition caused by events that may cause the sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person’s device related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes or any portion thereof should viruses, bugs or other causes corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes, and limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion and, if terminated, to award the prizes for the Location(s) at issue at random from all non-suspect, eligible entries received for such Location(s) prior to such action taking place or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this sweepstakes (including any travel or activity related thereto).

WINNERS LIST: To receive the names of the winners for a specific Location (first name, last initial and state of residence), send an email to legal@rothys.com with the Location, by no later than 30 days after the applicable Location’s Entry Date.
