LOVE my loafers!!!

"Just got an email asking, “how do you like your loafers?” I’m actually wearing them right now and I LOVE THEM!!! I have very problematic feet… years of off and on plantar fasciitis so purchasing any new shoe makes me nervous. These shoes have blown me away! I have had them on for many hours, traveled in them and not once have my feet bothered me! I am currently loving them with spring dresses!"

The Penny Loafer might need a redesign

"I have only tried these on at home and bought them for an upcoming vacation. I’m concerned that they are going to be a problem as the heel area on back of foot only comes up a partial way and feels like it will rub my skin off. I have 7 other pairs of Rothy’s and have not had a pair that does this or was made this way. I purchased them because they are so cute and I can wear them with shorts, pants and even casual dresses. Next week I will put them to the test and actually wear them so my 3 star rating might change & hopefully for the better."

Love my new loafers!

"I have several pair of Rothys and these are the latest addition. I love the look. I can wear them with so much. I wore them for the first time today for about 10 hours and they were comfortable all day. I find that they sort of mold to your foot with a bit of give so break in time is really needed. I am sure I will wear them for a long time. Great classic shoe."

Most comfortable and versatile shoes I own!

"These shoes needed no breaking in, are butter soft inside, and look great with just about everything I pair them with … skirts, jeans, cropped black pants. They really are super versatile! A note on size … I am an 8 in most other shoes and have a very narrow foot. In Rothy’s I tend to be between an 8 and an 8. 5, so I sized up. They are a slightly looser fit around my skinny heel, but they don’t flop. I think the 8 would’ve been too tight, but I’ll never really know. I wear barefoot and feel like I would be fine to wear with thin socks, as well."

"The loafer styling is very classic and the color is perfect for spring, fall. The shoe is a little heavy for summer wear. However, as I wear them the bottoms of my feet are burning because the lining is not comfortable. However , I know others will disagree."

Wore these around campus!

"My first pair of Penny Loafers!! I went a half size up (7) for a better fit—they slide up a little bit but they feel better around the vamp area compared to my true size (6. 5). I don’t wear socks with them but if you have a narrow heel you might consider a no show sock (nice foot bet). I wore them around ut campus and they never hurt my feet. The portobello color is easy and super cute to wear! Definitely going to style and wear these more often when I start my teaching job :)"
