Size is different

"I love Rothys and have been wearing them for years, but this new Point III does not fit the same. I used to do a half size up and they were a perfect fit, never rubbed my heels. These fit bigger. I tried the half size up and they blistered my heels. So I tried my normal size, and they still are loose in the heels. Please bring back the sizing of the old style! Otherwise, the shoes look great and have the same durability."

Disappointed with the redesign..

"Overall, I’m disappointed with the new fit of the Point style. While the width of the shoe is ok, the toe box is narrow and there is no longer an option to buy wides. The distance from the tip of the point to the opening is now shorter, meaning you can see no show socks/liners. I was in love with my Pointe IIs, but these just aren’t it for me."

Comfortable and chic

"This is my first time trying the new Point III. I have a point from the original run and these are significantly improved. They have a comfy insole, the point looks and wears better on the toes. If it were summer I would order 7.5 but since it’s winter and I will probably wear a dress sick I got a size 8 and I’m very pleased."

nice shoe but…

"i loved the color but the blue heel was awful, it made the shoe look cheap. so i exchanged it for the snake skin print and the heel was so much nicer. and i sized down to a 9. i really wanted the blue, maybe they’ll change the heel to something neutral."

Love the look, not the fit

"I’ll start off by saying I had high hopes as a big Rothy’s fan. The look of these is excellent. The revelvet material is also very cool and looks and feels like it will wear well. The downside - these gave me blisters on my heels after wearing only a few hours. It’s possible they will break in, but not having a break in period is a big reason why I love the older cloth Rothy’s shoes. Bummed to say the least."

Beautiful show but very poor fit.

"I normally wear 5.5 in Rothy’s but this one looked like a boat on my foot. It was VERY wide and had large spaces on both sides besides being too long. I then ordered a 5 and width was good but toe box had my toes squished down much that they bulged up and I could see them… not smooth like the shoe is meant to be. So a 5.5 was way too big and a 5 was way too small."

— Mary C. (1/5)

great fit

"i originally purchased the rothy blue in a 9.5. but the blue heel color was a turn off and cheapened the look. and the 9.5 felt larger than normal. so i got these snake skin print instead in a 9. and they are the best! i get so many compliments, people think they’re real from a distance."

— ML G. (5/5)

Disappointed with the redesign

"I was looking forward to the new Point III mainly due to the new color selections but highly regret the purchase. I own 10 pairs of the Point but these feel like they are an extra wide width and I walk right out of the shoe. They won’t stay on my feet and feel very sloppy. No luck with customer service on returning for a smaller size. Very disappointing."

— Leslie R. (1/5)

Uncomfortable heels

"The majority of the shoe is comfortable (toe box, sole), but the heels are intolerable. I wore these for work and within an hour, the backs of my heels were raw. I wore blister patches the next day to protect my skin, and the heels of these shoes also wore through the blister patches (two pairs of patches within 8 hours)."
