"The Point II is not nearly as comfortable as the original Point. I couldn’t even wear the shoe with the insert; it was way too snug. Fortunately my Point II inserts fit these shoes and I am able to wear them. However the back of the shoe is very stiff and rubs blisters. I never had that issue with any of my original Point shoes."

Really Wonderful Shoes

"I took this pair of Rothy's (brand new) and another in black (already worn) to Italy with me just last month - walked all over Florence, Volterra, and Siena for three weeks and these shoes were fabulous - complete comfort and very nice looking. I happen not to need arch support, so the flatness works for my feet. Others may need an arch support. Also I love that I can throw these in the washer and they come out like new every time. Love! these shoes! Total comfort."

Terrible Blisters

"I want to like these shoes, but I can’t get over the terrible blisters on the back of my ankles! Blisters in new shoes are normal, but I’ve tried to wear this about 5 times with no improvement. There’s so much rubbing on the back that bandaids rub off. Otherwise I love the shoe, but I’m about to accept them as a waste of money because they’re so unwearable"

Gorgeous but stiff heal

"I am a long time Rothy's fan and have several pair of Point flats in different styles. The Point II has slightly better insole/support but the heal is very stiff and cause blisters on the back of my foot that no other pair have caused. My other pairs did not require a break in period so that's a bit of a bummer."

Sized up but blisters

"All my Rothy's I wear a half size up from my normal, usually because I get the pointy toes and want more room, but this pair is giving me blisters on my ankles if I don't wear footie socks. Not sure if it's because the shoes are roomier and maybe slide on my ankles? Other than that I love the style and color!"

Horrible. I loved the original

"Horrible. I loved the original point so comfortable. Always ordered a half size up. These are too big and much wider. Extremely uncomfortable with multiple blisters. From what I read after the fact, I am not alone hating the Point 11. Not only will I no longer recommend these to friends, I will no longer be purchasing Rothy’s until they bring back the original point. If I could give a zero I would."

Design is off

"I own many pairs of Rothys, including 3 older pairs of the Point. Something is very off with this model. I get the worst blisters! I had to wear sandals to work after wearing them once because the back of my heels were raw. I've never had that happen with my other Rothys. I hope I can break them in. They are super cute and otherwise comfortable, just need to get past ripping the skin off my heels!"

Great to finally have a pair

"I've had my eye on Rothy's for a long time and I finally bought a pair. Based on reviews and a few friends, it was recommended I go up half a size when ordering. My second toe is longer, and the fit is great. There was no breaking in time and it is comfortable to wear at work all day."

"These shoes look great and I've gotten compliments. I like the woven texture very much on the outside of the shoe, but it is a bit rougher on the inside than my other Rothys. Overall, I still love them and the color is great."

"These shoes are great! The fit is true to size, and they are so comfortable. I am a senior and it is hard to find dressy flats that are also comfortable and can be worn all day. These fill that need beautifully. They are versatile and can be worn with dresses and skirts or with jeans. I highly recommend these shoes."
