"Unfortunately these adorable shoes are too small…and when I tried yo exchange apparently they were on ‘final sale’ and I couldn’t exchange or return. I love Rothy’s products, have many shoes and accessories; they are a high end product, but I feel like they are worth the cost. But, obviously this was disappointing. Plus the womens in my size were out of stock for quite awhile so I tried a mens sized down. 🤷🏼‍:female_sign:"

"I really like the shoes but I am kinda disappointed on the size because it’s bigger than recommended of ordering ‘half size up’ and can’t return because of the policy prior to buying the shoes. Lesson learnt and I hope the return policy will be more flexible even if the shoes are on sales."

"I LOVE your shoes, but the sizing drives me crazy! I followed the recommendations and ordered a size up - I did not need that - they are huge. I ordered another pair back in the summer that said order to size and they were tight. I stretched those, but I don't understand why sizing can't be more accurate. Sending things back is timely."
