Rothy’s Earth Day Gift Terms

On April 18, 2025, during local store hours or when supplies of gift have been exhausted, whichever is sooner, present an empty, clean plastic bottle to a Rothy’s store associate at Rothy’s store locations and receive while supplies last. Must be 18 or older. Limit one (1) per person. Gift is provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee. Rothy’s does not guarantee every customer who wishes to do so will be able to redeem the offer. Offer cannot be redeemed for cash, or transferred or substituted. Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time. Void where prohibited. Subject to all applicable laws.

ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OF AMERICA OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The contest is sponsored by Steel Technology, LLC d/b/a/ Hydro Flask (“Hydro Flask”) and Rothy’s, Inc. (“Rothy’s”)(collectively, Hydro Flask and Rothy’s shall be referred to herein as the “Sponsors”). Employees and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households (whether or not related) of Sponsors and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and/or judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

TO ENTER/WINNER DETERMINATION: On April 18, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. local time through 5:30 p.m. local time, or when all prizes have been awarded, whichever is sooner (“Entry Period”): (1) the first two-hundred (200) eligible individuals at Rothy’s Upper West Side (NYC), Nolita (NYC), or 5th Avenue (NYC) store s; and at Nordstrom’s NYC Flagship (NYC), that bring an empty plastic bottle into the store will receive a prize as detailed below. Plastic bottles may not be emptied on or outside store premises. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the timing of those entries. All prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

PRIZES (1,750): Approximately 800 (800) 21 Oz Standard Mouth Hydro Flask water bottles, with an approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $34.95 per bottle, will be available to eligible participants in accordance with the rules set forth herein. Maximum total ARV of all prizes: $$27,960. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and may not be returned or exchanged. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Limit one (1) prize per person. 

PUBLIC GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsors and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in any manner, in all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation or notification to, or permission from, winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsors, their parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of prize or participation in this sweepstakes (including any travel or activity related thereto). Released Parties are not responsible for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the announcement of the prizes or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsors, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in the sole opinion of the Sponsors, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsors, corrupt or impair the administration, security, or fairness, Sponsors reserves the right at their sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and, if terminated, at their discretion, award unclaimed prizes, if any, as otherwise fair and appropriate by Sponsors. 

ENTRANT INFORMATION: Entrants, as a condition of participation, agree to provide their first name, last name, email address, phone number, and/or other contact information as may be required by law. This information will be used to compile a list of winners. To receive the names of the winners, send an email to legal@rothys.com by no later than 30 days after the end of the Entry Period.
