Dear Rothy’s community,
Three weeks ago, Roth sent a note about the unique capabilities of our wholly owned workshop. He told you how our belief that manufacturing can be done differently has propelled Rothy’s innovation, resulting in a new category—bags.
The world has changed a lot since he wrote that letter. Right now, thinking outside the box is imperative—and we want your collective brain power innovating alongside us. We’re seeking bright ideas from our community to help us create new ways to support relief efforts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
There are many incredible organizations producing masks and other FDA-approved supplies, which is something we don’t have the ability to do in our factory. But what can we create with our washable, durable thread that would be helpful? Are there creative ways for us to support hospital beds, or would reusable shoe covers for healthcare workers be impactful?
We’re open to every single suggestion. We may not be able to deliver all of them, but we want your help thinking of ways to utilize the Rothy’s factory during this time.
Have a great idea?
With respect and love.
