Mornings can be hard. Make them more seamless with these portable breakfast recipes, so all you need to do is grab your bag, grab your breakfast, and go. And just so you know, they all call for your Rothy’s ballet flats. We recommend the heel stripe to start your day off on the right foot.

Our favorite grab-and-go breakfast is a nutrient-packed smoothie, but the preparation is time-consuming. GreenBlender pre-portions your ingredients and sends them straight to your doorstep, so the only thing you have to do in the morning is press blend.

Banana Wrap:

There’s nothing easier to eat on-the-run than a protein-filled wrap. You’ll need one sliced banana, one multigrain wrap, chia seeds, and almond butter. Slather the almond butter, add the sliced bananas, sprinkle with chia seeds, and you’re ready to roll—literally and figuratively.

Acai Bowl:

We’re hooked on acai bowls, mostly because the flavor possibilities are so endless that you’ll never tire of them. We love raw acai, blueberries, banana, and granola. Add honey, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and hemp seeds to maximize deliciousness…and nutritional benefits.

Avocado Toast:

Smash up half an avocado with two poached eggs and salt and pepper, spread over a slice of toasted sourdough, and enjoy. It will jump-start your morning with all of the good fat and none of the guilt.

Mason Jar Omelet:

When you want a hot breakfast (but you’re low on time), lightly coat a mason jar with non-stick spray, add two cracked eggs, and shake well. Microwave for 90 seconds, add half of a chopped apple, 1/3 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and 1 slice of diced bacon. Microwave again for 15-30 seconds, or until the cheese is melted and the eggs are completely cooked.
