You may have heard that this year, packages are taking a little longer to get to their destination. To get ahead of the holiday rush, we recommend shopping early for a stress-free season. Here are the US shipping cutoffs recommended by our shipping partners to get you wrapped and ready by December 24. For shipping to Canada, please order by 11am PT on December 10.
To get your gifts on or before December 24, make sure to order by the following dates and times.
Note: You may have noticed that our shipping cutoffs shifted slightly. We did this to allow for a bit more room—so you’re able to get your gifts on time.
Holiday returns & exchanges.
Enjoy extended returns and exchanges through the holidays. All orders placed between November 1 and December 31 can be returned and exchanged through January 31, 2022*. Plus, we make returns easy by partnering with Happy Returns. Simply start your return online to receive a QR code—and swing by the Returns Bar closest to you.
